Responsible for managing office staff of four including hiring, defining job descriptions evaluating, establishing work plan and priorities.
Duties Include:
Successful in securing Prefer Provider Medicare Number by ensuring compliance with all Medicare Provider guidelines. Create business management tools and reports which lead to team to obtaining higher goals and accomplishments. Electronically submit all Government, Private and Commercial claims. Resolve credit balances, calculate and identify underpaid and refund accounts with the purpose to clean up.
